The Maritime Institute of Malaysia (MIMA) on behalf of The Council for Security Cooperation in the Asia Pacific (CSCAP) Malaysia organised the abovementioned meeting which was attended by 18 participants from 13 CSCAP Countries members.

Discussions at the two-day event covered: 1) UN Reforms and Recent Developments in UNPKO Contributions, 2) Enhancing Capacities for UNPKO – The Need for Scholastic Pursuit and Technical Capacity, and 3) Peacekeeping Capability Readiness System – Commitment to Peacekeeping.
